Utilizing a blend of person-centered therapy, psychodynamic techniques, and mindfulness to help clients explore their past to navigate present struggles. By emphasizing the mind-body connection and incorporating mindfulness and meditation, I aim to foster holistic healing.

Together, we work towards their goals, drawing upon their strengths, resources, and coping skills to navigate life’s challenges.
